This fun and interactive workshop will explore the success of worldwide brands and guide participants through the process of identifying and creating a personal brand that represents them, and tells the story of their skills in compelling and instantly recognizable way. No matter how good your references are or who you know, you cannot land the perfect job without looking good on paper. Your resume and cover letter are your first impression to HR professionals and hiring managers. Before you’re able to shake their hands and show them your smiling face, they are looking only at what you can put on paper. This dynamic workshop will lead you through:

StrengthsFinder 2.0 is one of the most well-respected assessments in career development today. Using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, I’ll work directly with your team to complete the tests, and interpret them to help your team become stronger, more trusting of one another, and increasingly collaborative. After your team completes the test, this workshop will help your team to:
- Learn how to best utilize their own strengths to become more effective at work
- Access tips and techniques for working with other strengths profiles to increase teamwork and collaboration
